Third-Party Property Management Services

The agency is seeking third-party property management services for its government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. This engagement requires comprehensive management across several key areas, including transition and staffing, leasing and resident administration, financial management, and maintenance and asset operations. The agency aims to solve issues related to efficient property operations, resident satisfaction, and financial stewardship. The scope of work includes developing and executing a transition plan, managing all aspects of leasing and resident relations, overseeing financial operations with detailed accounting and reporting, and handling all maintenance and asset operations. This also encompasses operating an electronic work-order system, responding to emergencies, and managing vendors and capital projects. A property-specific management plan is required, along with a plan for transitioning out of services upon contract termination. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
