The Northville Public Schools Board of Education is seeking competitive proposals for comprehensive, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management and recycling services. The agency requires the collection, transport, and disposal of solid waste and commingled (single-stream) recycling from all designated district properties. This includes the sanitizing and maintenance of all containers, as well as the collection of standard municipal solid waste from front-load and roll-off containers. The agency also requires the collection of commingled recycling, specifically clean cardboard, paper, aluminum and tin cans, and plastics. Bidders must provide clearly labeled recycling dumpsters with locking mechanisms or restrictive lids if requested to minimize contamination. The contract period will be for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. Performance of the work will be onsite. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Proposals are due by 10:00 AM Local Time on August 7, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals and will not consider proposals received after the submission deadline. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of successful experience in similar work and scope. Each proposal must include a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent, and a sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The agency reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder. The RFP was issued on July 17, 2026, with a proposal award anticipated at the Board of Education Meeting on August 25, 2026, and service commencement in September 2026.
