Retirement Plan Investment Advisory Services

The agency is seeking retirement plan investment advisory services for its government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. The agency requires a qualified partner to support plan oversight, governance, and investment decision-making, acting as a fiduciary for the services provided to the Committee and the Plans. The project covers providing periodic plan cost analysis and fee benchmarking for all plans. It also includes industry and peer fund performance benchmarking and assistance in re-negotiating fees, along with periodic benchmarking of managed account fees. The selected vendor will assist the Committee in evaluating and selecting additional or replacement managers and funds, facilitating discussions, and reviewing and negotiating manager fees on a regular basis. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
