Tree Trimming and Removal Service

The Allegheny County Housing Authority (HA) is seeking tree trimming and removal services for its properties located in McKees Rocks, PA. The agency requires a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, permits, and incidentals for professional tree services. Services include tree trimming, pruning, crown thinning, structural pruning, tree removal, emergency storm response, stump grinding, and debris removal with site restoration. The contract period will be for one year, with the HA holding the discretion for four additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum total of five years. The current total not-to-exceed value of this contract is $XXX.,XXX.XX. The agency is looking for proposals that conform to all requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. Performance of the work will be onsite. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026. Bid submittals are due by September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
