Drug Confirmation Testing Service

The agency is seeking a drug confirmation testing service for its government authority located in Honolulu, HI. The service must provide testing for approximately 7,560 tests annually. The project covers GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS confirmations for specific drug categories including Alcohol (ETG), Amphetamines/Methamphetamines/MDA/MDEA/MDMA, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cannabinoids, Cocaine, Fentanyl, Inhalants, Kratom, Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD), Methadone, Opiates, Phencyclidine, Steroids, and Spice/K2/K3. The selected vendor must list the metabolites or forms of drugs tested for within each category. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. Performance of the work will be onsite. The contract period will be for two years. All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally via Email or Online. The agency is looking for proposals.
