Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Operations Management Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive retail and specialty pharmacy operations management services. This includes management, operational, clinical, financial, and compliance services to support and optimize agency and specialty pharmacy programs, specifically incorporating 340B program administration. The contractor will be responsible for stocking, staffing, operating, and managing the pharmacy, with patient counseling and medication regimen compliance as key components of policies and procedures. The scope of work covers providing qualified personnel, operational management, regulatory compliance, pharmacy licensing support, information technology, revenue cycle management, 340B program administration, payer and manufacturer relations, quality assurance, accreditation support, reporting, financial management, patient care services, and transition activities. All services are necessary to ensure the successful operation of the pharmacy. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be US organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. The contract period will be for three years.
