The agency is seeking stop loss insurance services for its government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX. The selected vendor must maintain a financially sound AM Best rating of A- or higher. The project covers specific stop loss protection for catastrophic individual claimant losses. The attachment point is $300,000 with an unlimited maximum, and coverage extends to both medical and prescription claims. This stop loss insurance applies to claims incurred within a 24-month period and paid in the 12-month period immediately preceding the contract's end date. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite, at the vendor's office premises. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 23, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026. The term of this contract will be one year.
