Life and Disability Insurance Service

The agency is seeking life and disability insurance services for its employees in Madison, WI. This includes basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, wage insurance, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Eligibility for bidders is restricted to onshore organizations located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
