Fully Insured Life and Disability Coverage Service

The agency is seeking fully insured life and disability coverage services. The government authority in Torrance, NM, has been providing these benefits through MetLife since 2016 after separating from the state employee benefit program. The current census includes 138 eligible individuals and 136 enrolled in basic life and AD&D, 135 enrolled in LTD, and 22 enrolled in supplemental life. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore organization located only within the USA. The agency is looking for proposals to fulfill this requirement. All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
