Third-Party Administration Services

The agency is seeking third-party administration services for eligible agency reimbursement claims. This includes processing and adjudication of co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles, and premium or contribution reimbursements, with reimbursement to eligible participants via direct deposit or paper check. The agency requires claims adjudication accuracy, auto-adjudication capability, and audit history. The project covers reporting and financial analytics, including monthly reports on enrollment, reimbursements by expense category, total claims paid, attestation status, and program cost summary. An employer portal is needed for real-time access to enrollment, claims, and financial data. A member portal is also required to allow participants to view account balances, submit claims, and track claim status online. Mobile access, either via a dedicated app or mobile web, and employee decision-support tools for comparing plan options and modeling out-of-pocket costs are requested. The selected vendor must cooperate fully in any transition to a successor vendor. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will be for one year. The pre-submittal conference will be held on August 5, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
