Community Production Partner Services

The buyer seeks a community production partner to lead strategic planning, operational management, and post-event evaluation for the 2027 Celebration. The selected partner will curate the event itinerary, manage vendors and volunteers, develop sponsorships, oversee logistics, liaise with city agencies, and produce a post-event report. All core events must be free and open to the public. The contract period is one year. Eligibility is limited to US organizations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, and questions are due by August 17, 2026. Proposals are requested.
