Airport Business Consulting Services

The government authority in Colorado requires airport business consulting services. The selected vendor will adjust the airport's business model to meet capital needs while maintaining stakeholder partnerships and financial strength. Services include analyses of rates, charges, and fees; assistance with airline and airport agreements and negotiations; cost center allocations; airport projections; passenger facility charge applications; grant assistance; financial planning and reports; and general airport planning studies. The contract period is five years. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026, and all questions are due by August 25, 2026. Proposals are requested.
