Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccinations Supplies

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide influenza and COVID-19 vaccination supplies for on-site and walk-in locations in Ames, IA. The vendor must comply with HIPAA requirements, including those for electronic data interchange and privacy. Historically, the agency has offered standard and high-dose influenza vaccinations, FluMist for children, and COVID-19 boosters when available. Vaccines must be administered by a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy intern, pharmacy tech, registered nurse, or other person certified to immunize by the American Pharmacy Association or a pharmacy association. All vaccination sites will offer injectable vaccine, FluMist if available, and COVID-19 vaccine if applicable. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations within the USA. All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
