Sector Partnership Grant Services

The government authority in Colorado seeks sector partnership grant services. The selected vendor will develop a clear action plan to execute partnership priorities, focusing on advancing skills-first practices for multiple or single employers. The plan must detail how the partnership will strengthen the supply of good jobs or connect individuals with them, incorporating a job quality component based on The Colorado Job Quality Framework. The vendor must submit timely reimbursement requests and progress reports, and participate in state monitoring and evaluation. A representative must attend community of practice calls. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is limited to Onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. The contract period is two years. Proposals are being sought.
