On-Site Dialysis Services

The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking proposals for on-site dialysis services for DPS&C. The agency requires a single proposer to operate a dialysis facility within the government authority's location in Louisiana. The selected proposer will be responsible for supplying, transporting, installing, and maintaining all necessary dialysis equipment, water treatment equipment, solution delivery equipment, disposables, and other required supplies.
