HVAC Maintenance Services

The agency is seeking HVAC maintenance services for its facility in Alfred, Maine. The awarded contractor must survey all equipment and document its operating condition before commencing work. The project covers a comprehensive maintenance and repair services program. This program includes major seasonal start-up and shut-down procedures, scheduled preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, and operational service repair calls. The contractor will provide all necessary preventive maintenance, including labor, materials, travel labor, and expenses, to clean, align, calibrate, tighten, adjust, lubricate, and test the covered equipment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
