Tribal Gaming Regulatory Consulting Services

The Washoe Tribal Gaming Commission (WTGC) is seeking Tribal Gaming Regulatory Consulting Services. The agency needs support to fulfill its regulatory responsibilities in accordance with Tribal, State, and Federal gaming laws and regulations. The project covers regulatory compliance monitoring and advisory services, licensing and background investigations for key employees and vendors, and preparation and review of compact-related reports. It also includes WTGC meeting support, audit coordination, records management, data security, and DOJ/NIGC CHRI compliance. The anticipated term of the contract is one year, with the option to renew. Bidders must demonstrate extensive knowledge of Tribal gaming regulation and IGRA, experience working with Tribal Gaming Regulatory Authorities, and familiarity with NIGC and Nevada Gaming Control Board requirements. Proven experience in licensing, compliance, and regulatory reporting, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality, is also required. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications and experience, understanding of relevant gaming regulations, the quality of the proposed approach, cost effectiveness, and references and past performance. The work will be performed offsite, and only onshore US organizations are eligible.
