The Economic Development Corporation (EDC) seeks proposals from one or more qualified firms to operate up to five new "N.Y.C. Groceries" stores, with one store located in each of the five boroughs. The agency requires operators to manage all aspects of grocery store operations, including product sourcing, merchandising, customer service, and staffing. Preference is given to respondents with experience opening grocery stores on quick timelines. The performance of the work will be onsite. Bidders must be U.S. organizations.
