Enterprise-Class Managed Print Solution

The County requires an enterprise-class managed print solution. The solution must include multifunction devices, print management software, maintenance, supplies, fleet management, reporting, implementation, training, and ongoing support. The solution will support approximately 400 networked multifunction devices and copiers, and 500 locally attached desktop printers across County facilities. The scope includes fleet assessment and optimization, enterprise print management, multifunction device requirements, print and document workflow, supplies, and maintenance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. The County is seeking proposals and the performance of the work will be offsite.
