Farmers Market and Community Activation Operator Service

The agency requires a farmers market and community activation operator service. The selected vendor will design, implement, and operate a weekly farmers market and community events program. This includes site layout, setup, vendor coordination, crowd management, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The operator will also recruit and maintain a diverse vendor base, develop programming calendars, coordinate quarterly activation events, and market the initiative under agency-approved branding. Proposals are requested, and the contract period is one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and all questions are due by September 1, 2026.
