Immigration Law Counsel Services

The Kansas Department of Commerce seeks immigration law counsel services. The selected vendor will provide advice and assistance to the Department of Commerce's legal division during employee onboarding, follow-up processes, and visa or lawful permanent residence applications. The vendor must also advise on tracking systems for employee work authorization and application stages. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. Proposals are requested. All questions must be submitted by August 24, 2026. The contract period is five years, from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031. Bids are due by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
