Athletic Clothing Supplies

The agency is seeking athletic clothing supplies for the Division of Fire and Rescue Services (DFRS). This clothing will be personalized with county logos and information for use during physical fitness training, wellness programs, recruit academy activities, and department-sponsored athletic events. The required items include short-sleeved t-shirts, crew neck sweatshirts, elastic waist sweatpants with pockets, 60/40 cotton/poly sweat shorts with elastic waist, drawcord, and pockets, and long-sleeved 100% cotton mock turtle neck shirts. The contract period will be for one year. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore (USA Organization Only). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 10:00 am via Microsoft Teams. All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026, at 4:00 pm. The bid due date is September 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm, with only electronic submissions accepted through the online portal.
