The government authority in Tennessee requires accounting, statutory compliance, tax, and corporate secretarial services. The selected vendor will act as a primary Subject Matter Expert, providing execution and advisory support for tax, compliance, and regulatory matters. Services include maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing corporate documents, supporting local statutory accounting and reporting, preparing statutory financial statements, filing indirect tax returns, managing tax correspondence, monitoring tax obligations, supporting payroll tax compliance, preparing statutory filings, and developing a jurisdiction-specific compliance calendar. The contract period is three years, and the work will be performed offsite. Only onshore (USA Organization Only) entities are eligible.
