Municipal Audit Services

The Town of Carlyle seeks professional auditing firms to provide municipal audit services. The scope includes financial audits of all municipal funds and the statement of financial position, compliance testing for local bylaws, provincial statutes, and government funding agreements, and an evaluation of internal controls with recommendations. The work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. Proposals are requested. The RFP was issued on July 30, 2026, and closes on October 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The project award date is October 7, 2026.
