The buyer requires professional administrative management and conference support services. The scope includes association management, board support, membership support, insurance, technology, branding, digital engagement, and conference planning and management. Services involve website administration, digital engagement, and conference exhibitor/sponsor outreach. The vendor must maintain and enhance the association's brand identity, develop and execute a social media content strategy, and manage official social media accounts. The contract term is for one year, and the work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The buyer is looking for proposals.
