Strategic Plan Consultant Services

The buyer requires strategic plan consultant services. The scope includes program review and assessment of existing agreements, governance, departmental roles, and property stewardship. The consultant will facilitate stakeholder engagement with city departments, farm partners, historic preservation or parks stakeholders, and community partners. They will also recommend a governance and coordination framework, including roles, responsibilities, coordination processes, decision-making structures, and long-term partnership management strategies. Additionally, the consultant will develop a capital planning framework to identify and prioritize capital investments for facilities, historic preservation, and public programming, recommending phasing and potential funding strategies. Finally, the consultant will develop a final strategic plan encompassing vision, governance framework, capital priorities, implementation roadmap, and recommended timelines. The buyer is seeking proposals and requires the performing organization to be onshore (US Organization Only). The work will be performed offsite.
