Federal Affairs and Strategic Funding Services

The buyer requires federal affairs and strategic funding services. The vendor will act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on federal policy, funding, and relationship-building opportunities aligned with the system's priorities. This includes developing and maintaining a federal affairs strategy, offering counsel on emerging federal opportunities and risks, and conducting strategic planning sessions. The vendor will also support the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of federal funding opportunities and advise on strategic positioning. The contract period is for one year, and the work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA) organizations.
