Municipal Waste Reduction Recycling Coordination Services

The buyer requires municipal waste reduction recycling coordination services. This includes planning, monitoring, and modifying the local recycling program, developing and implementing public education and promotion tools, establishing and improving recyclables marketing, tracking, and reporting, fostering inter-governmental coordination, developing enforcement strategies, and managing program finances. Activities encompass creating guides, mailers, brochures, and webpages, advertising across various media, and developing signs, displays, and giveaway items. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA only) vendors. The buyer is seeking proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
