District Wide Security and Life Safety Systems Services

The government authority in Port Arthur, TX, seeks district-wide security and life safety systems services. The buyer requires a vendor to provide maintenance and support for a Door Access Control System. This includes quarterly on-site preventive maintenance inspections at each campus, corrective maintenance and emergency service for malfunctioning components, system administration and programming support, and firmware and software management. The vendor must monitor firmware releases, plan, test, and apply updates within 90 days of manufacture release or sooner for security patches.
