Wide Area Network Service

The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library seeks proposals for Wide Area Network (WAN) service to lease lit network capacity. The service will connect eligible library sites to its network head-end at 2450 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN. The scope includes providing and installing all necessary equipment, cabling, connections, and power extensions at the library's existing Cisco switches. The vendor is responsible for all permits, trenching, conduit, and building entrance creation. Telephone support must be available 24/7/365. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. Performance of the work will be onsite. Proposals are requested, and questions must be submitted by August 24, 2026. The services are contingent upon successful E-Rate funding. The initial term is up to 36 months with two optional 12-month extensions.
