Comprehensive Plan Update Service

The government authority in Rock Hill, MO, seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive plan update services. The vendor will either update the agency's existing 2003 comprehensive plan or develop a new one. The updated plan will guide elected officials, property owners, developers, staff, and residents on growth and redevelopment. The process must consider and recommend inclusion of concepts such as community profile, sustainability, built environment, neighborhood enhancement, transportation, public safety, land use, parks, arts, tourism, and infrastructure.
