Veterinary Services

The City of Philadelphia requires veterinary services for approximately 40 canines. The scope includes routine and emergency services such as yearly examinations, vaccinations, surgery, hospitalizations, necessary medications, and laboratory work. Routine services exclude heartworm and flea/tick prevention, shampoos unless medically necessary, and dog food. The contract period is one year, with an estimated annual compensation of $150,000.00. Proposals are due by 5 pm Philadelphia Time on September 28, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to US organizations only, and performance will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
