Inmate Technology System

The government authority in Huntsville, TX, requires an Inmate Technology System for approximately 149,000 incarcerated inmates. This system must include an Inmate Telephone Service and an Inmate Tablet Service. The Inmate Telephone Service needs to provide full-time digital recording of all calls and visits for a minimum of 36 months, with immediate access to stored records. It must validate inmate biometric information with a PIN and/or PBI before calls are completed and allow for programmable restrictions on approved telephone numbers. Attorney numbers can be flagged to override recording and monitoring features. The system must be expandable, upgradable, and capable of simultaneous component and function use without department intervention. Bidders must be an Onshore (USA Organization Only).
