RFI for Inventory Management Artificial Intelligence Solutions

The government authority in NL seeks information on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance municipal inventory management. The agency requires solutions for inventory forecasting, optimization, analytics, warehouse operations, and procurement support. Specific functionalities include demand forecasting, seasonal inventory planning, consumption trend analysis, predictive replenishment, recommended stock levels, safety stock optimization, automatic reorder recommendations, overstock and understock identification, material usage forecasting, parts failure prediction, maintenance inventory forecasting, slow-moving inventory identification, inventory location optimization, picking route optimization, receiving optimization, storage utilization improvements, purchase recommendation automation, supplier performance analytics, lead-time prediction, and price trend analysis. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals.
