Residential Development Property Services

The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority seeks proposals for residential development property services in Oklahoma. The scope includes developing properties using existing lot dimensions, typically +/-50 feet wide by +/-120 feet deep, and avoiding lot assembly. Required landscaping includes planting beds, foundation planting, yard trees, and shrubs, with a landscaping plan to be provided. Setbacks must match prevailing existing houses within the block face, and house widths are commonly +/-30 feet. Sidewalks should not be the primary pedestrian access point. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities, and work performance is onsite. The Authority is looking for proposals and requires a $1,000 good faith deposit per parcel with submission. A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, and proposal responses are due by November 5, 2026.
