Managed Internet Access Services

The government authority in Indianapolis, IN, requires managed internet access services. This includes wide area network (WAN) site-to-site communications with a static contiguous /24 public address space. The vendor must provide and install all necessary equipment, including cabling, connections, and power, near the library's existing Cisco routers. Telephone support must be available 24/7/365. The vendor must also provide pricing for increasing internet connection speed in 500 Mb/s increments up to 10 Gb/s and submit a diagram of the proposed connection to the internet backbone and tier 1 Internet service providers, showing link speeds. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. All questions are due by August 24, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals and the work will be performed onsite.
