Basic Maintenance of Existing Network Infrastructure Services

The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library seeks proposals for one-year renewals of existing network infrastructure licenses. The requested licenses include Wildfire, Standard Support, Panorama Premium Support, Advanced URL Filtering, Advanced Thread Prevention, Network Advantage, and SmartNet Total Care. The contract term is July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028. The project is contingent upon successful E-Rate funding. Vendors must be US-based organizations. Performance of the work will be onsite. The Library requests separate pricing for each item and any bundled discounts. All questions must be submitted by 8:00 AM Eastern on August 24, 2026.
