Airport Terminal and Walkway HVAC Equipment Supplies and Services

The City of Manchester, NH, Department of Aviation seeks pre-qualification statements from contractors for the Airport Terminal & Walkway – HVAC Equipment Replacement Project. This project involves the replacement of controls components for an upgrade to the existing building automation management system. The work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises. The City is procuring this work through a Modified Design-Build (MDB) alternative delivery method. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be issued on August 31, 2026, with contractor selection around September 25, 2025. Pre-qualification statements are due by 3:00 pm on September 22, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA organizations only). The City is looking for proposals and notes that projects over $250,000 require contractor pre-qualification.
