Application Maintenance and Development Services

The government authority in Ontario requires application maintenance and development services. The vendor will deliver application enhancements using an agile Scrum framework, addressing configuration changes, data updates, security patches, framework updates, and library upgrades. The vendor will also proactively assess and remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities, perform system health checks, update documentation, track maintenance schedules, manage environment stability, and assess architecture. The contract period is for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals are requested.
