Intelligent Tools for Naval Aircrew Performance and Readiness

The buyer seeks intelligent tools for naval aircrew performance and readiness. The scope includes developing an intelligent human performance system to augment aeromedical officers in proactively managing aircrew readiness and well-being. This involves analyzing aircrew and aircraft system interactions, identifying human-system interface shortcomings or cognitive biases, and leveraging intelligent tools to continuously assess aircrew cognitive state, physical performance, and psychological response using physiological sensors, eye-tracking, performance metrics, voice analysis, and validated self-reported measures. The buyer requires transparent, objective data on aircrew performance and automated system behavior. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The performance of the work will be offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals. The projected CMMC Level Requirement is Level 2 (Self).
