Funding Application Services

Eagle County seeks funding application services for two tracks: Health Promotion/Prevention and Intervention/Treatment. Prevention programming includes policies, systems, resources promoting health and well-being, social programming, and engagement. Treatment services encompass clinical and supportive services demonstrating improved outcomes, such as therapy and peer support. Eligible uses for both tracks include real estate, land acquisition, debt repayment, lobbying, endowments, or reserves. The work will be performed onsite, and vendors must be onshore (USA only). The funding cycle is for one year, beginning January 2027. Up to six contracts will be awarded from an approximate $600,000 tax revenue projection. Funding for either track is limited to 60% of total available funds. The application period closes on Wednesday, September 15th, 2026. An application information session is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18th, at 10 am. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
