Annual Track and Field Event Management and Timing Services

The buyer requires annual track and field event management and timing services. The scope includes developing event strategy and format, implementing marketing plans to drive participation and attendance, recruiting teams and athletes, and coordinating certified officials. The vendor will also procure event equipment, manage online entry and ticketing processes, provide meet management personnel and announcers, and supply content for the buyer's digital media. Additionally, the vendor will provide volunteers and collect data on economic value. Eligibility is restricted to US organizations only. The contract period is two years.
