Brain-Inspired AI Integrating Neural Architectures Service

The buyer requires a brain-inspired AI integrating neural architectures service. This includes research and development of novel AI architectures that unify multiple neural network paradigms. The vendor will develop hardware and software architectures integrating multiple neural network modalities, inspired by the human neocortex. A fully functional prototype system implementing this integrated architecture must be developed, followed by extensive testing and evaluation against relevant DoD tasks and benchmarks. Optimization of hardware and software components for minimal SWAP while maintaining performance is also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals are being sought.
