Web-Based Inmate Communications Solutions

The buyer requires a turnkey, web-based inmate communications system. This includes an inmate telephone system, kiosks, and tablets. The solution must also provide data processing and AI-enabled analysis for inmate telephone, electronic mail, and video visitation, as well as external data. Additionally, the buyer needs a cell phone detection and jamming system, a UAV/drone detection system, a digital intelligence collection platform, and inmate digital mail services. An approved digital logbook application for securely recording various checks and inspections is also requested. The telephone system must support local, long-distance, and international calls. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA organizations only). Performance of the work will be offsite.
