Holiday and Special Event Lighting Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide holiday and special event lighting goods and services to public entity and qualifying non-profit agency members in the United States. The scope includes the rental, installation, repair, and servicing of holiday and special event lighting, as well as any related support services. The contract period is for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA organizations only. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 20, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals and the performance of work will be offsite.
