The government authority in Montana requires multi-hazard plan services. The buyer needs a vendor to update and digitize the state multi-hazard mitigation plan, ensuring enhanced plan alignment and an integrated GIS Story Map with an interactive digital plan. This includes designing and delivering a web-based platform for easy navigation of written plan content and GIS features, with search functionality and downloadable data packages. A stakeholder engagement program targeting local, tribal, and underserved communities statewide is also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations.
