Install IP Cameras and Infrastructure Service

The government authority requires installation of IP cameras and infrastructure services in Colorado. The existing analog camera systems are obsolete and mission critical for monitoring patients, clients, and juveniles, impacting staff and patient safety. The scope of work includes site assessment, system design, equipment procurement, cabling, installation, integration with existing security and network infrastructure, testing, and staff training. All work must comply with building codes, State IT and security standards, and agency policies. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only) bidders. The performance of the work will be offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals and has not stated a budget. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 31, 2026, and all questions are due by September 3, 2026.
