Professional Consulting Services

The government authority in Pierre, SD, seeks professional consulting services to evaluate existing transportation services, identify mobility needs and service gaps, engage stakeholders, and develop practical recommendations. The consultant will serve as the technical lead for completing analyses, developing recommendations, and preparing a Transit Development Plan. This plan will enhance mobility and access to essential services, strengthen regional transportation coordination, and support collaboration with participating Tribal Nations. The work will be performed offsite. Only onshore (USA) organizations are eligible. The authority is looking for proposals and requires all questions to be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
