Toll Operation Support Services

The agency requires toll operation support services to assist in the oversight, governance, monitoring, and strategic management of toll operations and toll-related programs. Services include communication planning, development of tolling strategies, advisory support for tolling infrastructure, equipment, and operational impacts, and functional understanding of back-office system provider and customer service operations. The scope also encompasses project management, coordination, and oversight for customer service and toll system integration, vendor performance monitoring, and support for toll-related contract documents. The agency seeks proposals for this offsite work, which must be performed by an onshore (USA organization only) vendor. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
