Development and Financial Consulting Services

The government authority in Fort Worth, TX, seeks development and financial consulting services. The vendor will provide guidance on initial development concepts and predevelopment activities, prepare pro-formas and budgets, and advise on the financial impact of mixed-income projects on operating budgets and future cash flow. The scope includes assisting with the representation of the agency's financial interests in negotiations, reviewing development budgets, performing pre-construction document and cost reviews, and providing monthly construction monitoring and project closeout services. The vendor will also assist with coordinating and managing project issues such as timelines, permitting, design, variances, and zoning.
